Do Internal Links Pass On Equal Pagerank as External links?

Hi all,
Does anyone know if pagerank values are passed on through internal links?
So If my homepage is pr6 does that make direct links from homepage a pr4
Does anyone know this?
Or is the power halfed or is none at all passed on?

    I agree with other guys here. Link juice always flows either it is Internal link or external link. Also, we have to worry more about quality of our SEO work as Google is not updating its PR tool for last 1+ year.

    The simple answer is: Whether the link is internal or external, it passes some juice provided it's not a nofollow link.

      Thanks I now think from help here and there that internal links DO pass on link pr.
      I am new to the importance of actual page pr.
      Till then I went by just the homepage pr even when the actual link page was a big fat 0 then noticed pages with high pr on subject always ranked top on google.. So I leaned about actual page pr is most imporatant.

    Dofollow links can perform better than nofollowing links. Do follow crawls more faster than the nofollows.
