In the United States, as soon as you publish it, it's copyrighted.
You can also go through a formal process.

Google does not know who it belongs to. It's a computer.
    Why would they care?

US copyright laws don't travel across borders, especially in places
like india, pakistan, china, et. al.

Google cannot, nor do they for the most part, want to stop copied "copyrighted"
material from appearing in their SERPs.

And there are plenty of websites and databases all over the world that
will freely give out anything you want.

Think logically. You think google deindexes stuff like thepiratebay
    or wikileaks? Hardly.

Google don't like to reindex pages that have already indexed. From there you are safe...Those who will re use your content, they will be definitely punished by google.

As soon as you publish your content on your site, update your website's sitemap and submit it to Google. Otherwise, depending on your niche, some pirate may copy the material YOU have written and post it on their website. If Google sees that material first, it will think that's the original material and punish your site. Of course, as others have pointed-out, no one can guarantee your copyrights won't get violated. Otherwise piratebay would have been shutdown a long time ago.

2/ how google knows if this content is mine or for the thief
It doesn't. This is why you should be updating your sitemap every-time you publish material.

Copyright laws ALL over the World dictate that the material/content belongs to you as soon as you make/write it. You don't need any special "registering procedure". Just maintain any kind of proof that shows your authorship. Creative Commons is a special kind of copyright license. The default copyright licence (the one you get as soon as you publish your material) allows no one, but you to use the material. In contrast, if you release your material under a CC license, you GIVE-UP some of your rights (what rights you give up depends upon the exact CC license you release it under).

The Panda update is after thin sites and low quality sites. If the OP's content is high quality and you copy it, you don't end up with low quality. If it's piss poor quality, you end up with low quality pages and, maybe, site.

The Hummingbird update is meant to match search query and results better, it understands better searcher intent and content. So, again, if the OP's content that gets stolen is keyword stuffed gibberish, the thief gets penalized, otherwise, no.

So, there's nothing like Google will definitely punish.

If that's how your articles are written, then don't worry about anyone stealing them. Broken English is heavily penalized by Google anyway so nobody would try to copy you.

As for Creative Commons, that's where people can share their images for others to use. That has nothing to do with copywriting an article. Once you post something to your website, the date shows when you published it. If you see it somewhere else then you can take legal action...it's that simple. There are no other steps required.

It's French...and it's great that you're trying to learn English too. But if you're making grammatical errors in French and English, the search engines will penalize you for having a poor readability score and your websites will not rank.

How is giving you great advice being an insect? I was trying to help you out...

Oh, and thankyou is two words. Thank you.

anything can be 'stolen' on the internet, but lets get clear on a few things.

Duplicated content on your site will be view badly by Google

Duplicate content from your site shown on another site will be viewed badly by Google ONLY if it is completely duplicated - this means, headers, footers, layouts etc.

Duplicate content from your site will be ok for Google if it is just the main article. This is why consolidation or article remarketers do so well. It is also why carrying RSS feeds from others works well. Google knows it is remarketing so they accept it.

There are many sites that will let you know if someone has copied your site (copyscape etc), but in most cases Google gives 'first to publish' the priority in the listings.
