I would sort out your <h1's> for a start, you have <h1> home, you also have 3 x <h1>, it should be structured, h1, most important keyword, h2's secondary internal linking or on page related keywords.

I would also add a lot more content and internal linking to related keywords to strengthen the page, at present you are pissing in the wind with a few lines of text.

Agreed about optimizing OPs <h> tags but the amount of content per page isn't going to cause a page to not rank.

I have an example of a webpage with 100% iframe content (blank page, blank Google cache) that same webpage has Google Mega Sitelinks (not regular Sitelinks) when searching the page <title> without quotes or any domain keywords. Ranks #3 for a two word automotive keyword behind wikipedia & about.com.

I'm not sharing that specific example so it doesn't get nuked but I'm sure If you dig in the SERPs you'll find similar things happening where the amount of content on a webpage is irrelevant to ranking pages.

Is it an authoritative site, because Gamespot rank high and all they do is post a short review with little to no content, but they are well known and dominate the serps, happens alot with trusted domains, regardless of good content, or lots of it for that matter.

How am I going to just change the h1, it includes my main keyword memory test and other stuff i want. Do I just throw Dementia test in there too? Wont it look too clutered / fake? I have minimal ammounts of text to keep it interesting and easy to read for my target market, elderly that are concerned about memory problems. As for the rest of my tags how can I beef them up?

You could have the <h1> Memory Test and have the online memory test page <h1> Online Memory Test, if you add more content to either page that relates, use <h2> ,I would not use <h1> more than once.

The <h1> is one indication Google uses to find out what the page it about, hence you use your most predominant keywords.
