A good SEO company for approx $300/month?

I need an SEO company that will help me rank for some difficult terms, in a difficult industry (sexual health tips for men).

I have a very well written guide, with, believe it or not, some very original information, in a unique form (I wrote it myself). I've sold nearly 20,000 guides, and have a very low refund rate.

Before May 2013 (not sure what doomsday update happened back then), I was getting 3,500 to 4,000 daily visitors. Today I'm getting 500 visitors a day, on a good day...

The good news is, I've been working hard on improving conversion rate again, so if I can get to that 3,500 visitors a day? Oh man...

Recommendations? I know it's a tough request. If visits go up, my ability to pay a little more will as well.

    I believe there are members here who can help you. Are you trying to recover from the penalty or starting over with a new domain?

    I recommend starting a new website and creating an entirely different sales copy and optimising it to rank higher while trying to revive the penalised site.

    It's not a huge budget, so I would advise not making the same mistake as others on here and purchasing cheap SEO in an attempt to make your money go further, as it will only bite you in the ass later.

    Although not a huge budget, it is enough to get small amounts of good SEO done. Seems like you can write your own content, so I would advise finding a company who focus on guest posting and site outreach. You might be able to get a reduced price if you can supply the content yourself.

    For a small budget like yours, you could try hiring various freelancers that offer SEO services on Odesk or freelancer.com or other sites. Just make sure to choose people with good reviews so you won't just lose your money!

    Sorry, but you will not find anyone who can rank you in that niche on that budget. You could add a zero and it would still be tough.

    It won't be an all in one solution at $300, that's for sure.

    You've got to make a list of what you want done, need done and what you're capable of doing yourself....then use Odesk and start filling in some of the details from there-
