    Hey Ashok,
For ranking in google there are two giant factors responsible. First is On Page SEO, which includes your URL, title, description, images and content. Google and other major search engine has certain rules for On Page SEO that are very easy to learn. If your keywords are graeter than 4 words then On page is enough to rank provided you have made a great natural post. First try with On page SEO.
After wards, If you find that On page SEO is not enough to rank your keywords, then go for Off page SEO which includes backlink building. Make 1-5 backlinks and see the result. Backlinks can be made from participating in forums and discussion groups particular to your niche.
Remember one thing, whether you do On page or Off page. It should look natural. Surely you will get your result.

    Hope it Helps.

The blog idea is good. Writing articles targeting those keywords related to your niche should help a lot!
And also, use social media to promote your page, especially after you start writing some articles so you'd have something interesting to share.

SEO is complex and there are about 100 factors that determine the Google ranking algorithm. However, only 3 truly have the biggest impact. In order of importance:-

    1. Keyword Research
    2. Backlinking with Realted and High Quality
    3. On-Page SEO Optimization

The earlier you stop trying to be whitehat, the better for you and your site. To be honest, whitehat techniques don't work unless you have an authority site, and your site is clearly not an authority site.

at first select long tail keywords, you can find keywords from keyword planner. Do such activities.
    On page:-
select title which you think most important keywords
keyword must be in description part.

    Off page:-
    1. Bookmarking
    2. Blogs
    3. Articals
    4. Forum posting
    5 Pdf submission

I would advise caution on "writing articles with longtail keywords of the basic keywords".
Posting articles with links on article directories can fetch you Penguin penalty.
You should never spin articles and post.
You may do guest blog on high quality sites relevant to your niche.

Try to build your 1st tier backlinks from web 2.0 websites and then build 2nd tier link building from blog comments, wiki links and social bookmarking.

Remember, link building is a regular activities, so don't stop them.
