You have great SEO strategy and it will make a good impact on your site if you can keep this. You should increase your articles though and make sure that your content is relevant and adds value to your readers. You didn't incorporate the PDF submission website, which is provide huge link juice to your website.Some of the top pdf sites are scribd.com, docstoc.com, slideshare.net, calameo.com, issuu.com, 4shared.com, box.com and edocr.com have good PR value and you can post your document in these websites.

What are you actually trying to do? Rank some sort of Amazon/Clickbank affiliate junk site? Create an actual business that sells some sort of product (physical or virtual)?

Forum profiles? Blog comments? This isn't 2001.

Crappy sig links and comments on new threads/posts or social network profiles aren't going to rank anything more than really REALLY long tail stuff that nobody is trying to rank anyway.

Article directories? More likely to get you penalized than provide any benefit.

Craigslist -- what on earth are you going to post there? Make money from home offers? Ugh..more worthless stuff that isn't going to get a decent website ranked for anything.

What you're suggesting is following the Fiverr standard for SEO. Why waste your time, just hire someone on fiverr to blast your site with link spam and take a nap? Either way, you're wasting time OR money doing nothing that will get you anywhere.

Well that's quite good observation, nobody can say that this is wrong, don't do this because..etc.

SEO today has become more simple than ever, the work that you can do to optimize is mainly based on research BEFORE YOU PUBLISH. I think no need to analyze further.

Now for keeping things in reality anyone who want to rank for whatever reason his website must know the MOST IMPORTANT thing:

To have a chance of ranking you need to follow these simple rules:

1. Every page or post must target ONE SINGLE KEYWORD
2. This keyword can appear for multiple instances on search results assuming that you have implement a kind of long tail strategy within your content.
3. Today the links that gain lot's of attention is contextual links [build 10 and you are done]
4. Someone mention fiverr, yes the most services are crap thought there are some extreme good services regarding seo - http://goo.gl/7rrPqC and also many others.

6. Always target keywords with less than 500K exact results.

In the end of the day?

Do spend time on research before you hit publish.
Spend double time to create user interaction [social shares, backlinks] if you have comments on your page it will be nice to have people commenting [AVOID FB COMMENTS - THERE ARE NO SEO VALUE]
Post original useful content with CTA's

Myth: Post fresh content regularly - TOTALLY WRONG. Instead I say post 1 page and spend the rest of your time to promote it, if content was working then the first page of Google would be full of news sites, yahoo results, article directories, etc. so there are no such case today.

  Thank you for the information and the newer ways of doing the SEO and link building. Like you said article marketing is getting some sites penalized. I myself, have a couple of articles that actually helped build up a website, but the length of these articles was something of almost a miniature book. I think it was over 1000 words on Ezinearticles.

Just keep in mind one thing while doing articles submission or articles posting that your content should be interesting and unique enough that people love to share it. However include guest posting in your strategy and when you post any article you should start its social media marketing and bookmarking.

You wrote about almost all off page SEO technique, that gives a beneficial result to rank higher of a site on search engine. But, SEO is not limited in OFF page tactics, ON page is also mandatory part of search engine optimization. Your title should as best off page strategy in SEO.

Most of these seem like strategies that bring you low quality or no-follow links. I'm not sure they're that helpful.

Participating in forum discussions or other places where people are might be a way to get sales if your replies were good and helpful. This lazy list of common buzzwords is good example of a thing that doesn't really help in that regard.

Article submission depends entirely on the site you're submitting them to. If it's a "press release" directory, that's probably just a waste of time.

In my opinion the best idea on this list is infographics. It's also the most labour-intensive. You can use a good infographic to pull links to your blog.

Nothing Is working now. Articles and blogs submission sites penalized by google. Evan Ezine has been penalized if you submit high PR penalized sites. you will get nothing in return just waste of time.. I would like to suggest you to add quality content on your sites frequently and ranking will increase automatically.

These tactics are great and definitely ideal for anyone who is wanting to start out with SEO as these are pretty simple to implement and work with.With article submissions though I would increase that may be a little if I am honest to may be 4 - 5 a week of 400 words.

Your strategy is good, but you should post atleast one article daily. Also you should do PR submission and guest posting. These tasks are more helful for increasing Google ranking of your website.

  Article Submission - in the way that it's described here the value is negative.
  Blog Comments - why would you want more nofollow links?

  Craiglist other Classifieds Ads listing - if they're passing page rank, they're doing it wrong.
  Directory Submissions - suffers from poor PR sub pages, and link juice dilution.
  Web 2.0 Pages - possibly works, but only if you're willing to provide your own backlinks to them.
  Website and Blog Pings - what the heck would this even do? Utterly pointless.
  Info-graphics - definitely maybe if your infographics are good and you find an audience for them.
  Q/A Website - I'm very skeptical about this. If the links aren't nofollow, they're doing it wrong.

Internal links spread the "link juice" that you get on your site. Pages that are in the main menu are typically stronger than a blog article, for example.

No, you should not link every page from every other page unless your site is just five pages or something. Link related stuff, and link the stuff that's important. Try to not have too many useless links like social media profiles, or have them as iframe.
