Does ranking YouTube videos in Google work?
I've been checking out some videos for various newly released products on Google that are on the first page in a variety of spots. When I clicked the videos, the view count was nearly always less than 40-50 views which I find a little strange and here is why.
I know there are many courses and products that center mainly on ranking videos and boasting about getting top spot on Google for tonnes of traffic, but as my research shows, that is not the case. I purchased a product a few days ago ( I won't go into names) that claimed to teach how to rank videos on YouTube and Google and get tonnes of traffic and make crazy money..there were even screen shots of earnings that were claimed to have been made by creating videos and getting them ranked on YouTube and Google but the course material just taught basic product selection and basic optimization. My guess is that the screen shot earnings were clearly not from videos but from mailing. I say this because I even checked review videos that were promoting the product and ranking highly but the video views were far less than the claimed earnings..Any thoughts?
