Hello ,

I have someone that is copying my website...they have same exact website as me , same exact niche, go for same keywords, and they spin my articles.... (so not exact copiy). Anyway as soon as i add a page to my website they will add same page on their website next day. I tried contacting google and sending DMCA takedown notice to the host and no luck.

I was thinking of adding my pages but not putting them on my website navigation bar... they will just be indexed on google... Will this affect my SEO for those pages/keywords.

The thing is right now as soon as i add a page that person will do the same so we both end up on first page and i am tired of this guy making money from my ideas. PLZ help

If you are worried about the competitor, that is one solution. You can publish your pages and still get them ranked in google without placing the links in the navigation bar.

Where does the competitor rank compared to you for the main keyword?

I would try doing some pages without putting them in the navigation bar.
Watch them and see if your competitor still posts clones of them.
They may be cloning your whole script and may still get them.

It can't hurt your SEO because it was indexed on your site first. You have unique content and don't have to worry.

I saw this exact thing happen to a person I knew several years ago. Some guy copied her website page for page but paraphrased everything so Google didn't know it was a copy. The copycat website ranked up to almost exactly equal rankings in Google as her own website that had been around for much longer.

She eventually got rid of the website by destroying his profitability. Her site was monetized with very specific niche products that she sold as an affiliate. She contacted all of the product owners and let them know that a person was ripping off her site, and asked them to not let the guy sell their products as an affiliate. Apparently they listened to her because the guy was never able to sell those products on his site. Although, I don't know all the details.

She also filed a DMCA via Google and the guy's web host.

I don't know which steps were most successful but I do know that the guy ended up not renewing his domain after like a year or two, so I guess her actions worked.

On a darker note, you could try taking down the guy's site via more black hat methods. If he runs Adsense or other ads, you could purchase a bunch of fake clicks on them to try to get his account banned. You could also try negative SEO services although it's questionable how well that could work. It could also backfire and end up helping his SEO, so there's no guarantees.
