15 (PR 7) Backlinks or 25 Backlinks (15 PR 7 + 4 PR 5 + 6 PR 3) ??

I've 15 PR 7 backlinks to my site.

If i also build some additional low PR Backlinks like 4 PR5 and 6 PR 3, will it hurt my site Page rank?

    simply no.
    low quality backlinks help is diluting the link juice and save your site from being penalized
    just remember:: create links with natural diversified anchor texts and at constant rate (like 4,5 links per day)

    You know the PR data is about a year and a half old right?

    Why worry about it?

    Anyhow... links don't subtract PageRank. If your page is a PR 5 and it gets a bunch of PR 1 links, they are additive to the page's PR.

    I'll bet you don't actually have 15 PR 7 links though. Maybe the home page of sites linking to you have a PR or 7, but I bet the actual pages linking to you do not.

    15 good PR 7 links would let you rank for all kinds of stuff pretty easily if you knew what you were doing.

    Linking from different sites may not hurt your PR (in most cases will increase it) but avoid linking from bad or sensitive/irrelevant sites as it may have some adverse effect on your rankings.

    It can't hurt your PageRank because they are not in relation.

    And they can't hurt your rank, just diversify with some web 2.0's, image links, wiki links, bookmarks etc..
