Google Indexing My Blog Post slowly

Google is indexing my blog post slowly. It is happening from last 3 days. Before it my posts are indexing with in 4 hours. Also one of recently published post got de-indexed. Please assist me.

        Update your Sitemap Change Frequency to Daily not Weekly,

        Check on google webmaster tools if your sitemap is updated on that

    If your posts are getting deindexed is it a case that you have just rewritten a piece of content? It may be unique in writing but not up to the standard Google accepts.
