How to handle Duplicate Content on different Sites owned by same identity ?

Recently assigned few SEO projects that belong to same Niche and owned by same identity but having duplicate content mostly share text from each other sites, So how to handle it ? Any recommended method or create fresh content for each ,, I have recently found a site that contain almost same text shared by their another site, So how can I find out how did they handle it.

    Fresh content is very important for any site, duplicate content on the site may lead you to blacklisting of the site, its generally called "Plagiarism", have a plagiarism free content writing for the sites.
