How to find all local keywords ?

Do you have an idea how to search niche for all local listning ? I would like to search lets say term dentist plus all states so all the terms would include the location. I did it in GKW but i do not know how to force it to search long tail kw. I am also using LTP but list of 50 states to include in results is too long. Any suggestions ?

    Force it to search long tail keywords?
    1-Why don't you just search the main KW first, pick your best KWs, then continue searching those KW, then pick, then con tinue searching the sub KWs.
    2- use ubersuggest, google this page
    3- search in google your KW anh look at the bottom of the page of google
    4- brainstorm, then continue the step 1

    Not really what i am loking for. I have list of kw. If i type dentist in GKW i have got 800 results but if i add locations in "include those kw" the results list should be much longer (i add 200 cities) but i melt to 150. I would like to generate the results and add locations to it. If i have 200 cities the list should be 200 times longer.

    You take the seed word, dentist

    run it through Google keyword planner

    pick the top 10, by search numbers

    add the city name before those
    then
    add the city name after them

    You've got yourself the best keywords.

    If you go long tail, as in

    best pediatric dentist in Chicago IL that uses humor

    you end up with keywords that bring no traffic.

    When you search for local anything, how long tail do you go?

    I don't look for best affordable Chinese take out restaurant in Miami

    you look for

    Chinese take out Miami
    or
    Miami Chinese take out.

    So does the rest of the world.
