Questions Regarding PPC

Hello,
I was considering beginning a PPC campaign as my SEO sites just arent making any sales. I have about $200 to spend on a campaign and would like to know if I should even bother or if I should wait until I have a little more to invest?
I have about 4 campaigns that I can run I.E. 3 Products and 1 that promotes all of the products. Which campaign would you think to be more profitable? One that deals with a specific product that people are looking for, or one that deals with all of the different products that people can get to attend to their problem?
I was wondering if perhaps I should start out with one campaign, and then wait to make some sells to fund the rest of the campaigns?
