Low search engine rankings :( Need help

Hey guys,
I'm John from TravelCarma, a B2B travel software provider. We revamped our website about a year ago, and have been doing a lot of on-page and off-page SEO. However, we rank pretty low on Google for our targeted keywords compared to our key competitors, appearing on the 3rd or 4th page on average
Due to this, we are able to attract only about 1000 unique visitors a month.
I would appreciate if you could check our site - Travelcarma.com and share any inputs as to what we can do improve our ranking and attract more visitors. Just to let you know, we develop and sell online travel agency and tour operator software such as booking websites, booking engines, inventory management systems, supplier XML API integration, Back office and Mid-office systems, Facebook booking apps etc.
