After redoing my home page to condense it since so many people kept saying it was too long I now have it much more condensed. My question is I am going to leave my H1 tag where it was but now that I no longer have a few paragraphs of article after the headings of each site sections would it be bad to put an H2 tag where each section heading is. I now only have a sentence or 2 where before I had a few paragraphs.

    H2 is fine for other alternative keyword. title.
    For long sentences use H3 or H4.

      I would make sure on every page you have H1, H2 and H3.
      • Only 1 H1 tag
      • I use the H2 tags sparingly only for big topics
      • H3 tags I often have quite a few of them
      • H4 tag is as low as I go. I don't do any H5.
