Which domain for SEO purposes? Your thoughts

Sincerely appreciate any opinions here... =-)
Trying to rank for a certain keyword (for example: " health supplement") that I will be selling. It would be a single product ecom store.
Here is where I am confused in terms of trying to rank easier. Every other first page domain ranking for my keyword are 0-3yrs old max.
Looking for opinions on which domain you would choose in this situation.
-- I have a "heath/fitness" related blog that has been active for over 6 years but is strictly a blog and the URL is some generic non-brandable name that makes no sense with the product I would be selling.
so use my 6 yr old domain blog ---
www. redbluesky .com
or put the ecom store on the subdomain like: health-supplement.redbluesky . com
what about a subfolder? redbluesky.com/health-supplement
Should I even bother with an aged domain or just go with a brand new one and concentrate strictly links and on-page SEO only but a more relevant domain:
healthpersonsupplement .com
OR ---
what about simply trying to rank a blog post/pre-sell page on the original aged domain and putting a large buy button that links to the new website store?
