The title says it all...

I saw buydomains.com and sedo.com but the cheapest domains are like $99.

Isn't there sites where you can buy domains for cheaper that are already registered?

    Wow! I guess they do have some cheap ones. A lot that are less than new domains. Granted, most of the names are not that great, but they are cheap. You may find a gem or two. Good luck.
