Necessary duplicate content?

I was wondering how Google reacts to necessary duplicate content.

For example, in smaller cases, most websites have things on each page that remain the same. Obviously not all the content is the same, but a minority.

However, on my site I need to have about 50 pages (out of over 7000+) that have the majority of their content as duplicated content (A small 200 word paragraph explaining some things), and then maybe another 100 words as unique content.

How do you think Google will react to the duplicate content? I am sure they won't punish me for it, but will it make ranking those pages harder due to the smaller amount of unique content?

Almost all magazine, newspaper have the same content, i think that some use like a litle introduction and conclusion so the post become a "Unique" (People call this Curate Content) try to do that and dont post the same articles to much time in your blog (Only 1 Time) and dont post mixed articles like i see in other internet marketers blog (Dog, Make Money Online, Love, Etc in them same website)

    Content is a king.
If your website is not a popular newspaper or online media, you need to have original content.

Thanks for the usually good but this time completely useless advice

I can't have original content. When you sell 7500 products that are all basically the same except for a few numbers, your going to have to use a few words in the same order multiple times. Especially when 50 of those require a very specific 200 word guide, that is relevant to all 50 of them.
