Hello Everyone, i have started using this free service but i will eventually move on to subscribe to freshdrop later but i wanted to use this as the starting poin. Anyway i have this attachment which shows some domains with good Moz Baclinks, some up to 3k BL's. I wanted to find out if you were to purchase any of these domains, what would you consider first. Is it the BL's, the year of the domain , the alexa rank or other factors. I indicated the last one with an arrow because i thought it has a popular technology name attached to the domain so it sounds like a good one.Im pretty new to this so i may be wrong.

Note: All these domains are expired

    Too complicated for my brain.
It's easier to buy a new domain and make it grow step by step.

I would take a deeper look into the domain with majestic or ahrefs.

I would check the number of referring domains first. Just because it says it has 3k backlinks doesn't straight away mean it's quality domain, It could only have 5 referring domains.

I would take a look at the anchor text making sure the domain wasn't previously owned by a marketer who let the domain expire due to penalties etc.

If everything was good then I would check the individual pages of the sites linking to your domain and make sure those sites linking to your site were authoritative websites with good standing in google's serp.

    Good Luck

Before I answer your question are you buying this domain to re purpose it for a money site or are you buying it to build a PBN on top of it?

As someone else mentioned...the only answer is... It Depends.

If I were a "domainer" who was looking to buy it for investment purposes, then I wouldn't look at any of that. I would maybe Google each domain to see if there are any relevant businesses I might be able to flip it too. This would really come down to potential buyers and/or brandability.

If I were someone doing SEO then I would probably look at the backlinks more closely. Are they spammy backlinks or clean backlinks? To go along with that, am I looking to develop myself or buy so I can try and flip to someone else for development? If I'm flipping then the niche might play a role too.
