You may choose high keyword which should not be. Basically first time you need to work with low keyword and then go one by one to high keyword. Once your site will be aged and powerful you will be able to work with high keyword.

You Mean long Tail Keyword. Yup for initial or newly started website You should use PPC or Click Bank. for Organic Results focus Long Tail Keywords.

I can't really understand your English, but if I interpreted your question correctly, you're asking why you're not yet indexed for the keyword 'flights'.

There could be 2 reasons:
- Your website is too new and Google has not yet indexed it.
- Your SEO stinks.

- Do also take note that 'flights' is definitely an extremely competitive term on top of being a one word keyword. It would be ridiculously hard to rank for it unless you're going to shell out a tremendous amount of sweat equity and give it quite a fair bit of time OR you have big budget for hiring an SEO company.
