    First you need to research high traffic keywords for your website then need to get top ranking in the search engine when your all keywords would be ranked well in the search engine then you can see bulk traffic on your website not 200 only roughly 2k.

      There are many ways to promotion out there.

      Since you prefer Free Traffic, you can try social media sites and their relevant groups under your Niche.

      You can also use article marketing methods, for doing that; you would have to write 300 to 500 word articles on various article directories.

      Lets say you can set up your goals and add 2 to 3 articles everyday, and add a link back to your page wherever it is allowed.

      Very soon you will have good traffic and results.
