That's great. I have a very similar setup to this on a few of my sites. And i keep a chart just like that one. It doesn't seem so complicated until you see it mapped out.

Huh.. That's baby stuff. What you need to do is create link wheels on the link wheels, then post 1000 backlinks to each of the properties.

I actually run a service creating link wheels at another forum and to tell you the truth, that is a great diagram but I get very good results just doing wheels of 6-8 properties each. The above diagram is good when you are attacking markets with moderate-high competition and you'll need every bit of juice and links you need.

For keyword and market research I use Market Samurai which really uncovers a lot of hidden gems so I personally don't need to go all out. But that diagram has been circulated widely - I think Linus put that out (could be mistaken though) originally.

One other thing I do in my personal pursuits is definitely drive a lot of backlinks to the spokes through automated tools, some whitehat and some on the grey side. I have been experimenting in the past with another tool called "content hurricane" to spin my content and my properties ranked page 1 - 2. Too bad my domain got revoked because of trademark infringement - had a trademarked name in the URL. Only thing is that everyone was doing it, but I started outranking the company themselves (big name, very big name) within just a short 2 weeks so I guess they got nervous, lol.

I have also achieved success several times within few weeks. What i have discovered to be most important to rank your linkwheel properties well is bookmarking, Rss and Ping if you cannot get regular backlinks from High PR sites.
I will say automating these tasks and repeating them at intervals will do more good than harm

It really depends on how competitive each keyword you are targeting for your link wheel properties. If you find the right keywords, just bookmarking and ping will do the job.

For more competitive keyword, you need High PR page rank, that's why Angela & Paul backlinks works great with this strategy!

If I created 5 Web2.0 with unique content, then I had 5 RSS feeds. Do you think I should submit each RSS feed to feed directory and ping or create a RSS blender from these 5 RSS feeds then submit to feed directory and ping?

So for medium or less competitive keywords, RSS, ping or "social" bookmarking to the link properties will do the job? And what exact RSS ping or social bookmarks are we talking about here? Can anyone give some examples? Thanks!

Thats nice but the thing is people should never copy the same structure repeatedly,

Google is getting smart to these SEO tactics and will easily discover your method if you leave too many footprints.

My advice is to download the linkwheel above and then erase all the lines then simply print it out for each new money page you have.

Then randomly add the links daily and update the lines drwan in showing the linking structure.

It also allows you to then repeat the process with each new money page bu modify the linkwheel to hide footprints from the G-bot.

Also if I am using a linkwheel structure I like to make sure each of my money pages is hosted on a unique class C IP address.

I am using this technique also of link wheel, I learned this from one of my customer who hire one of my staff as Full VA , and most of his job are all link wheel almost exactly on the diagram.

The only difference is that he required 50 rss feed submission, and 20 bookmarking submission and I prove it to some of my site that this technique works very well to low to medium keyword competition.

And I believe if you're targeting higher competition then this is a good start or one of your SEO backbone...

Great job with all of these diagrams, I see allot of marketers practicing these kind of diverse methods for a while now, heck, I use them my self most of the time! but let me tell you one thing, from my experience over the years I've learned that - it is highly recommended for you to spend your valuable time marketing to real people then just doing all that link building to your money site! I like more viral interactive marketing for my sites, really getting to know your visitors, And let me tell you that the results are absolutely amazing.

The web link wheel app lets you visit a different web link every time you touch the reader with the same tag. After the last link, the first one is used again, etc.
So the first time you touch the reader your web mail in box might show, next your face book page, next your intranet homepage... and so on.
The number of different links you put in there is unlimited.

I dont think you require scientific proof that these works - just serp proof would be fine - many members are drawing such complicated diograms in order to avoid a easy trace back by footprints - Im sure you will recall yourself how powerfull link wheels used to be - I certainly can a 1-2 day job and your at the top of google -

Google found out how this was being done - now we are trying to get the same effects which could be possible with such link wheels that reduce the footprint.

I thin the members are using their common sense when drawing these diagrams - they look great to me but alot of work - and I have no doubt that they would work - -

keep up the great shareing guys - I think your diograms rock

Lol is this thread still active?

Anyway... no - you don't have to go all ape**** crazy making the most complicated linking structures you can think of.

I have a multi-tiered modular linking strategy. Modular, meaning you can stop at any point you want to.

For example... you make a website and implement the first "module" so to speak. Notice what happens to your rankings and make a decision based on that. If needed, you move on to the second and then third module. If after that I still need more links, I start over from module 1.

... if that makes sense. The competition would have to be rather extreme if I were to build a gigantic linkwheel network of thousands of properties.

Impressive as many of these diagrams may be... they're not really as useful as they may appear to be.

That's right simple, and perhaps random, is better.
I took a couple of hundred blogs and made two randomized lists of them. I created links with text in between on the one list and then I took 7 of the links to each blog moving one step on the link list to put them of the blogs on the other list. That way each blog get's 7 backlinks and about 7 backlinks are placed on each blog.

Yeah, I think the key is to get started building and keep some stats. Once you get the ranking you want...you can stop building links. Then just watch and maintain.

This is business baby. What you need to do is link the wheels on the wheel link, so after 1000 backlinks for each property.

OMG, that looks like a highly complicated link wheel. Do you think complicating link wheels would maximize the effectiveness? As far as I know, the link wheels can be simple yet effective. All we need to do is to use unique content and form a link wheel based on the social media sites. Anyways, this looks like someone has done a hardwork creating that diagram

Mine is even crazier than that. It doesn't really matter how your linkwheel is constructed. A backlink will always be a backlink.

The thing about linkwheels is what sort of web2.0 you are backlinking from... I got a few linkwheels made by fiver peeps and none of them work well.. i guess they are using some sort of software and creating pages on free website providers....
