Keyword stuffing still with no Text WTF?

When i do this tool on this doll.....

Sex Doll aka Love Doll JADYN

It is saying that i stuffed the keyword 'sex doll' 18 times (?!), but i wrote NO TEKST!

Now i am maybe a stupid woman, but i seriously dont get this.

    ...because you have the sex doll keyword in 18 anchor-text links on that same page.

    Look at the HTML source-code & do a page search from your browser, you'll see 27 instances of the keyword.
