Notice of DMCA removal from Google Search

Hello All,
I am running a new movie website where I add Movie Releasing Date, Cast, Story Line, Budget, etc in posts.
My website is now properly Indexed on Google and from last 2 weeks Google is sending me DMCA notices(10) that I am infringing content of the DMCA sender. Google has not cleared that which content I am infringing but I am sure as I am running movie website so it means I am uploading/adding Movies to Watch online or Download. But NO I just add movie info to my website not the content. My question is should I send them counter DMCA notice through Google that I have not added any movie to watch or download just the info to my website(which is not illegal). Due to false DMCA notices and removal of pages from Google search my website ranking has been dropped. Please tell me what should I do now.

Any help/reply would be highly appreciated.

Where did you get the synopses? If you're using someone else's text it's possible that it's the copyright infringement they're talking about.

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?

Some content were copied from WikiPedia but the DMCA senders are Muso, AudioLock & other Anti-Piracy Companies. For them I am allowing users to watch or download movies, but the case is opposite here, I don't add any Pirated links to my website, then why false Notices? I believe that these notices were send automatically to Google.

At the top of your screen and on both sides it has a Download and Play Now button. What are those?

Your title says that you can watch movies online or download them. What does that mean?

1: These are ads, created automatically by Revenuehits, I have just put the code.
2: First I had started to allow users to watch or download movies but after studying here and there I changed my mind but didn't change the titles. You can see I have just added the info not the movies links. Maybe because of titles I am receiving those notices?

Wherever the ad comes from, your site looks like the kind of place to watch stolen movies online. Something also tried to auto install in my browser.

Not surprised you are having problems.

In my opinion, if you want to clear it up, you need to remove all hint, including titles, of providing stolen content or watching movies online or anything illegal.

My site does not auto install anything automatically. There is no virus on my site, I always check it daily on different websites. If you can tell me what it tried to install? For me it never happened before.

As far as the ads are concerned, they are generated automatically by RV, I will ask them to change them as well and there is POP Under(POP UPS) on website.

I'm glad to see the problem was eventually solved, it's not OK to receive such notices when you know you have done nothing wrong or when had absolutely no idea that you broke some rules. What was the problem anyway?

Mark visited my website and told me to edit my Titles.
I was using "Watch Online or Download" in my titles but In actual I was not uploading any movie link on my website.
For him this could be the reason for receiving DMCA notices. I am changing my website titles now, hope I will not receive any notice in future

It's most likely because of the images you're using. Are you using an image of the movie poster?

A lot of people think they can get away with posting those everywhere they want, but it's the reason for many DMCA requests for movie related searches.

Google is not a court or a police state.

Google does not take a site off its search just because of a DMCA complaint.

      It's a legal process.

Google does like to keep webmasters who use their tools to be informed,
      or so they say.

I won't be exaggerating when I guess that the vast majority of DMCA
complaints are ignored. And they should be.

I think too many people assume google and a DMCA are one, and google
      is some legal authority.

      Fight the man!

Actually, that is exactly what Google does and is part of the legal process. Google faces potential liability for contributory copyright infringement if it does not follow the DMCA process.
