Backlinks are not showing up in Traffic Travis or Market Samurai

I have created about 80 backlinks manually a few weeks ago and still when checking my site in Traffic Travis or Market Samurai it only shows 1 backlink.

How come Traffic Travis or Market Samurai taking so long time picking up my backlinks?

It kind of strange since ahrefs.com are showing my backlinks. It makes me wonder if they get their data from where else compared to TT and MS.

I got desperate and a week ago I submitted all the URLs to Instant Link Indexer.com and still no result in Traffic Travis or Market Samurai. How Instant is that?

I'm not very encouraged to continue building backlinks if their not showing up.

    It does not matter if they show up or not in third party services. All that matters is if Google finds them, which none of those tools well tell you.

    By the way, market samurai is a total POS.

    How often do the tools you chose spider something or update their indexes, or do they disclose this data at all?

    Ahrefs claims to spider billions of pages every 24h, and update their index constantly. Majestic claims daily index updates. This would be the reason that Ahrefs has current data.

    No tool shows you all the backlinks, and these two will show you a whole lote less than a dedicated backlink crawler like ahrefs. If you've built good worthwhile links, chances are, googles already clocked it.

    I don't think most people comprehend it takes millions of dollars to build HUGE link databases. It's not something a little guy like Traffic Travis or Market Samurai will ever do in their wildest dreams.

    those tools use spiders, all created for the same purpose but may work rather differently.

    another thing is, if you have your backlinks deep inside a website, it may take some time because spiders have to get through all the pages in order to get yours.

    Majestic and Ahrefs are the two tools I'd recommend for checking backlinks. There are small discrepancies between the two however, but using both typically uncovers close to 90-100% of links.
