Hi,

i have domain was ranked well in google but last year it has penalize from Google because over optimize anchor txt

i tried to bring it back but no success , so i changed the domain from
".com" to ".co" since 2 months ago and made 302 soft redirect

also , i made a lot of ON-Page optimization like mobile friendly and increase internal pages

i hired someone to make keyword research and start with low and medium keywords and everything works perfect and my site start ranked so fast and appear in 1st pages for long tail keywords ,etc

Suddenly since yesterday , all my keywords are gone even long tail
same with my site , it doesn't appear at all

so, i start checking things

* site:name.co (my site displayed well in all 1st page with 120k indexed pages)
* site:inner page url(my site displayed well in 1st page)
* there is no any warning or messages in webmaster tools
no manual action or security issues
* checked ahrefs.com page , and there is no lost in back link

Notices:-

* My site niche is for movies download
* when i search for very long tail keyword, only my G+1 page appear
but nothing for my site
* I always add new and fresh unique content every 2hrs
* i found a lot of new sites take my place in first page
although these site doesn't have any SEO work done or comes from dead
* Google still sending traffic but it cuts off by 40%

so, what is the issue ?
what is my mistakes ?

i only buy SEO backlinks from high PR pages (pr2-7) from here in warrior hire section and always deverse my anchor txt with naked url, click here, site , etc
and it works well for me

i don't think its Google dance , because dancing is change in rank position not completely disappear

P.S.: i keep add target keywords in tags in my posts for examples

direct download movies, hd movies free download, etc

is this bad, is this consider as over optimize ?

how to identify the issue and fix it ASAP ?
should i stop seo on this domain too and start with new one again
or its too early to decide ?

Your help and opinion is really appreciated
Thanks

Are you sure this is due to over optimization of anchor text?

because my drop rank was the same date of penguin update that day

for new domain (.co) : no , i am not sure and i keep search for the reasons but i don't know what happened

You say that your niche is "movie download". What kind of movies are you talking here? Do you have the right to offer them as downloads?

Yes, I'm thinking DMCA notice to Google. They should inform the site owner, however.

      Hi mate,

I do believe that this happened because of the fact that you are dealing with 'movie download' niche which is kind of a grey-hat niche. There was a Pirate update by Google in 2012 which forced several illegal websites to extinction (in terms of search engine visibility). I had a client who dealt in 'free game downloads' niche. He also had the same issue in early 2014.

He had no over optimization of anchor text or spam backlinks at all. Despite that, all his efforts to revive the website was in vain.

Hope this helps you look into a new direction.

      Much success!

Yes there will obviously be search results displayed for those keywords and your competitors might show up. But Google has this algorithm of detecting Pirate sites and punishing them and so you cannot complain. Google's ground, Google's rules

Probably not. I would not suggest wasting your effort and time on trying to restore the website. If the drop happened just yesterday, I would recommend waiting a few days to ensure that the drop was caused by the Pirate update and nothing else. If the site returns or shows improvement, well and good. If no, you should focus on moving to a new domain ... should you wish to pursue the niche and you feel it would be profitable.

i won't still frozen and wait for improve
because i waited so long on old domain (.com) for improve but nothing happened

i will start act now , and buy new theme that friendly to Google on-page optimization
because my current theme is too old and have zero content in home page

also i will keep building high RP links steady slow for coming 3 months

if i didn't notice any improve at all, i will leave this niche forever and start new one

Iman24 I think now Google Algorithm latest update is effecting in Pakistan and other south Asian countries. They roll out this update for USA, Canada on 19 th Feb of this year. Their official announce date is expected on 20th April.

That update is related mobile device experience. My website traffic is also decreased today by 20% but it is not completely disappeared yet. I am waiting and praying for it

I think you should wait and watch until more days and check if your website is mobile phone friendly user experience.

    Seeing more seriously !!!

What do you base this on? Care to post any links?

Google has indeed announced their mobile update, but it's pushed out on 21th this month. It seems more likely that whatever drop you've seen isn't related to this change.

First, You need to check your full website by help some tool which is the best in the SEO market then find out all error and problems in the website. Then you need to fix it these all after that you can redirect your website using 301 tool to make a quality domain and new fresh website.

I think this is not a good idea pardon me! This seams just waist of money. Instead you should inspect yourself and read some forums and modify the website accordingly.

that's what i started on it since my traffic dropped
i made deep check for my site and found a lot of critical issues

i fixed them one by one but not all of them yet
once i fix them all, i will redirect it to another new domain

P.S.: although i fixed 50% of most issues but no increase in traffic yet

If site disappeared from Google, just check whether it has been banned ot has gone into sandbox effect due to low quality content or links.
