SEO Experts, does shorteners , link tracker prevents your page from getting quality backlink?

I'm a bit new in SEO since I mostly do paid traffic, thus I learned that tracking is essential part of your business. without it , you won't know which campaign is working for you. You don't want to work on something that does not bring results right? If you got a metric, you'll know where to focus your time.
Having that said,I have a few questions in mind:
1. ) When you're sharing your blog articles on social media and other traffic mediums out there do you put it inside a link shorteners/ redirect link or other tracking links?
2.) If No, how do you know whether your marketing effort is bringing you the results / sales. I'm not talking about leads here, I'm also talking about the sales that the lead brought you.
Currently I try to mask my link on a link tracker (Clickmagick) to track all the leads and sales of my whole sales funnel.
3.) Does the shorteners/ link tracker affects your link building effort?
