What do you do if you've abused link text for so long??

EDIT: I believe this main problem is related to internal links

I've written a blog on a subdomain of my main site (ex: www.mysite.com/blog), pointing to my main site (ex: www.mysite.com), since 2008 or so. I've written over 1,000 blog posts.

I wrote an ebook with tips for men to be better in the bedroom. At the end of each of my blogs, I've ended it with a long link leading to main site, with text like:

how to last longer in bed naturally

or

how to overcome ED naturally

and my older blogs had REALLY long links leading to the main site:

how to naturally overcome ED and last longer in bed, click here

These are just examples, but they generally look like this. I write about a larger variety of topics, so try and change these up as much as possible.

Links pointing to my site from outside of the domain have been set up the same way in most cases...

Do you think I've done irreparable damage? Do you think if I start from now, with simpler, less spammy link text, I can make up for this?

Or do you think I should go into my thousand plus blogs and take out a lot of this link text?

What tools can I use? I used Majestic SEO, and it looks like I have a pretty wide range of words I've used, without abusing... at least from the report. But don't know how thorough it is.
