Social Monkee Back Links Good or Bad

I got caught up in the videos of how good Social Monkee is for helping you to create back links. So I purchased a premium upgrade as I was a silver member.

While browsing Google today I ran across a review saying how bad Social Monkee back link service is really not good and can get your site de-indexed by Google.

After reading this I did some additional review searching on Social Monkee and there are tons of sites out there with reviews. Some are good and some are back. I know this company has been around for a while. Some of the reviews said that all the back links that Social Monkee provide was low grade as they owned or created all the pages that the back links were placed on.

My question is should I continue to use the service I paid for through Social Monkee?

Has anyone had any luck with good back links using Social Monkee?

Is there another service or suggestion that works similar to Social Monkee I can use?

They've got an affiliate program. Guess what? Most positive reviews out there can't be trusted.

Sounds pretty much like a Private Blog Network, except that it's essentially made public by having random users for low prices. So I'm not surprised if the links are low value, and can hurt you.

I've never used Social Monkee before, but if you've already paid I'd recommend putting it to a good test on a fresh domain for the next month. Test it out for yourself and see if you notice any kind of results.. Depending where the reviews are you can't always take them seriously, both good and bad.

You should have a control site with some other form of link building, and/or none at all (but site submitted and content added). Of course having some backlinks on a new site is going to do something. It's very unlikely that Google will slap you instantly for participating in a spam scheme.

If you don't control your results, you likely just delude yourself.

Socialmonkee is good when used correctly just like any tool. With that being said, it is very expensive for the service that it actually performs.

You'd be much better off spending that money more wisely on more efficient links. I've found that high quality contextual links are what's working right now.

Bookmark links still work, just not as effectively as they use to.

My .02 cents is to save your money for something more effective...

Ive heard this company long back, but such types of companies build private network sites to gain links very fast. Positive reviews can be done by paying some amount too just like a bribe.
If there are more negatives than 10 percent means you should ask a refund or you will be in trouble form next update.
