Newbie here seeking advice

Hi all,

Just joined the forum, and was wondering if anyone could offer any assistance please.

I purchased a copy of Brad Callens Niche Finder after reading all the good reports and I am desperate to use it, however I can't get it to work, all setting seem to be correct but once you enter a keyword to search on is starts to login to adwords but then stops at "processing adwords login" showing 2% progerss, and that's it! it sits there forever.

Has anyone else had this problem or know how to resolve it? I have contacted the helpdesk but it's taking a day each time so this could go on for a while. Any help would be appreciated.

    Your tool probably doesn't know how to process Adwords two factor authentication. If I remember correctly there's a setting in Adwords that allows you to not use two factor for certain logins.

      Thanks for that, I have checked that and is not set for two factor authentication. Not sure whats going on.

    I've never used the software before, so I may not be of much help. However, it sounds to me like the software might be outdated, or not working with some changes that Adwords has recently made. Does he give any kind of updates on his website when new versions are released? Can you see when the latest version was pushed out? I'd recommend trying to contact him through the website.
