What do you mean by "analysis"?

I mean, you can get pretty far with "view HTML source" if that's what you need.

Ror.xml was a competing XML sitemap format. Urllist.txt was something that Yahoo used back in the day they were an independent search engine.

You don't need either of these. As far as I know these are both several years old, and urllist.txt stopped being relevant around 2009 or so. Ror's website was last updated in 2006.

Pretty much tells you the caliber of this forum "help", doesn't it? That user copied the list somewhere, and didn't understand a word on it.

Focus on a SINGLE keyword (PER PAGE)

Build quality content around the keyword of between 500-800 words, placing the targeted keyword within the content now and then - don't stuff keywords, make sure that it still reads naturally even if you've place the target keyword a few times within the article

Add the SAME keyword within your URL
Add the SAME keyword within your page title
Add the SAME keyword within your page description

That is good enough to get you somewhere and is a solid base my friend.

If your website is built with Wordpress, utilize the Wordpress SEO plugin by Yoast. It guides you through on page optimisation like a breeze.

    Hey Victor,

Most of the onpage techniques are being defined here. But regarding the tools, I would like to recommend ahrefs and seositecheckup to be the best tool considered there of. Apart from that MOZ also seems to be a better tool. But ahrefs has more features than anything any other tool.

Since you're a newbie find good plugins to help you optimize you're site.. (e.g. Jetpack, Google XML Sitemap, Wordpress Yoast, etc. etc.) Study how those plugins work to help you optimize your site's (e.g. speed, content's, meta's etc etc etc...)

Take it from there the rest Google it.

Ignore those BS they recommended... ahahahaha

OP didn't say anything about the CMS he uses.

I you're going with WordPress and Yoast you don't need an extra XML plugin. Jetpack has very little to do with SEO, and it's the premier bloatware plugin out there. The page speed is a signal, so Jetpack is anti-SEO.

Yes Yoast already has the XML features. I only gave him plugins to choose.. The functionality of Google XML Sitemaps and Yoast Sitemaps is different and if you're not to familiar with their difference or haven't notice the advantages of one from the other I won't mind guiding you..

How did you manage to say that Jetpack is anti-SEO? Show me some proof. Well he's a newbie and if he doesn't know how to make his site a mobile friendly he can just activate the feature found on Jetpack to make his site mobile friendly.

Two plugins have different features. Who would have thought! You do realize that there's very little difference between the actual sitemaps, right? It's not relevant to a newbie.

What part of this straightforward logic did you not understand? Huge == slow == bad. I'm hardly the only one who holds this view about Jetpack.

Have you tried P3 Profiler? That should show wether or not Jetpack slows your site. If it doesn't, congrats!

There's a cost/benefit evaluation to everything. If you feel like that the mobile tool is a good fit for you then perhaps the possible bloat isn't enough to dissuade you.

However, you just pulled this mobile stuff out of thin air. It's not been discussed in the thread, and there's a pretty good reason for that. You should have no reason to use Jetpack's module for a new website unless you've chosen a badly coded theme.

If you are using WordPress then you should add SEO by Yoast or All in One plugin for SEO.
If you are using blogger then go to settings and enable crawler and meta description...
Now keep one thing in your mind...not only SEO can visible your site on search engine...Do off-page SEO optimation along on-page...like get backlinks...
    On page SEO include
Use long tail keywords if your site is new
Select a keyword from keyword planner
Use that keyword on title, meta tag, on body keyword density should be 3-5%, on heading etc. Dont over use of keywords
    Off page SEO
Comment on Intensedebate and commentluv enabled sites
And while commenting put post URL instead of Blog URL.
Comment on Forums and gov plus edu sites...
Finally wait for at least 3 months, because crawlers rank every three months..

People bothering with this question for as long as I can remember.

Not to understate what others already told you, but the only thing responsible for 90% of your success is the content. if you start a blog - be interesting and motivate readers to share your thoughts via social networks. if you start an online business - do a research, build a plan, offer a better service than your competition. there's a lot more work to that. with a blog you can be socially active, making a name. in online business you have to put some $ in ad campaigns. you can be more specific about your goals and I'm sure fellow warriors might offer a better help.

    good luck.

I wanna suggest you can search the keywords via Google Instance. It means that when you search any product or service in Google then Google shows lot of suggestion related to your product and service. This suggestion has good searches. So use and try it. This is the best way to search the keywords. I also use it.

Personally I just use Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools. I would suggest signing up with them and then subscribing to their YouTube Channels where they will show you how to use and get the results you want. All the best with your SEO :-)

The first thing you need to do while on page is to check keyword grading with domain url. For this you can use moz.com. When you will check keyword grading, this site will tell you the mistakes you have done in your website. The main mistakes mostly done are leaving meta tag, title tag, meta description, image alt tags etc. Add all this to your site.

If you don't know much about how to do onpage seo, you should use Google to look for tutorials. Just google "how to ... " and read, a list of what you should do won't hlp you much if you don't know how to do it.

If you are new in the SEO field and want to do On Page then you should take the help of experts in it. Do't try to do anything by yourself otherwise Google algorithms won't allow your site to get good rank in the search engine.

But if you to do it by yourself then read all the requirements of On Page on the blogs written by experts and also you can watch YouTube video as well which will help you a lot in knowing the steps of On Page.

I have no idea what you're talking about. Do you?

Someone new to SEO field could just take a decent CMS, start publishing, and get most technical details of on page SEO right. It's not rocket science.

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

      What's your excuse?
