Question about hiring SEO Expert

SEO is an ongoing process; you cannot get it done within weeks to get better ranking. On page SEO is a onetime process, but off page SEO should be carried out for some considerable time.

$7 per hour it's a bit too cheap for European standards, I don't know how's that in other countries. There's some useful data that will tell you if ranking is going to be harder:
- Your current position in serps
- Number of backlinks of your competitors in page 1 compared with yours.
- Number of results for your keyword. The more results, more difficult will be to rank.
With those 3 you can more or less say how difficult will it be, but still it's unpredictable. Number one uses to be that high because they have worked very hard to get there.

I'd love to say you can do SEO yourself, but honestly it is a lot of work (I've done SEO for years for other companies). I'd recommend to focus your brilliance and leave this to an SEO expert.

1. how many hours a day should i go for to get rank?
Binujha is right. It's not about hours a day - it is about first receiving an analysis on your site and how you are doing now. AndresNWD touches on some of the things that should be in this analysis. Make sure the analysis includes how you rank against your competitors too. Then you are able to make decisions on what to do next and who to hire. You might ask them for a sample analysis they've done on sites before - or see if they can provide a smaller analysis version for you so you can make a decision on if you want to hire them. Sometimes they run a program to create the analysis - templated. Make sure they've provided actual feedback and haven't just cut and pasted their answers.

2. Does it necessary have to be 1 month,2 month,3 month? can i go for 2 weeks and get rank?
SEO algorithms change as the search engines update their "rules" and complete releases. Thus, it takes a while to build up your SEO ranking, and it should be constantly monitored in order to ensure with these new releases you are not affected or have make the changes necessary to abide by the new set of rules. For larger sites, it can take up to 3-6 months to build up your SEO. It's a long-term relationship you should have. Remember that your competitors are doing the same thing as you are, thus you may get pushed down later - depending on what is happening in the online Search (SEO) marketplace.

3. This SEO Is is Damn driving me crazy ,too expensive
Yes, SEO may be confusing and difficult to understand as there are so many moving parts. Last time I checked, Google alone had 200+ algorithms (or rules). It's best to leave this to an expert. Now, you may find an expert that does charge $7/hr - it really depends on where they are living. And that $7/hr may be like our $75/hr - depending on their country of origin. So, just because they are charging less, doesn't mean they don't know what they are doing. If they are charging less in a Westernized or European country - I would question that then.

Well till now I have an understanding of overall package rather than having an hourly rate or price. This is the first time I am hearing this kind of package.

At $7/hour I wouldn't expect any positive results no matter how long they work.

I would be very curious why an SEO Expert would be working for only $7 an hour: that's not even minimum wage in my country (UK).

You see in an hour almost anyone can run out an OK quality article on a free BlogSpot blog with affiliate links that will make more than $7 a month in affiliate sales.

No expert will work for pennies, for that price you'll be getting someone who doesn't know what they are doing and could damage your sites SEO, you can do that yourself.

SEO is a continuous process. It is not a easy task to predict the time frame for ranking improvements. Roughly we can say at least it will take 3-6 months. That's depend on the keyword competition.

There are some great SEO Services at lower costs also.

A SEO expert would not charge you $7 an hour. You'll be getting a blackhat SEO from 2010 who is going to spam blogs using Scrapebox and leave a link to your site there. Google will see this and destroy your rankings.

SEO is an longtime process, and the results will appear after getting some valuable backlinks. It also depend on your ON page SEO work.

Because SEO is an on-going process. Once you learn the SEO techniques, it will be easier for you to do it with yourself.

With such a low rate, don't expect great results.
But back to your question,

It literally has no answer.
You can't "measure" SEO in terms of days/weeks, you measure it with the results, which you can't predict.
You're better off hiring someone who will inspire trust, have you tried Elance or odesk or even this forum? Plenty of people are selling SEO services, they have good reviews which means they know what they're doing, they'll charge a lot more than $7 /hour but at least you won't waste money.
