    Well, their backlink profile seems quite good on a really quick glimpse. That's probably one important factor.

      Sorry, didn't remember to mention that. I use Majestic. Not always correct and uses their own data, but at least a ballbark figure.

    You can also use ahrefs to get a quick glace at their backlink profile here...It does look like they've been steadily building and increasing backlinks for quite some time now. Along with that, they have over 8200 pages indexed in Google. Lots of content + Lots of backlinks + A little bit of patience is the perfect combination for lots of search engine traffic
