About on page seo. please suggest me what should I do

Hello, I am going to publish a photo blog with some decent content with the images, I want to post 15 photo for each post. Now Will I make seo for all the photos ? I mean keyword should be at Alt and photo name in all the photos ? (15 photo). is this over optimization ? or I will upload few photos based on my main keyword and remain some of them optimized (no keyword targeted)
what should be the best practice here ? one important thing my content is at least 400 words. for per post. please help me here.
