Hello everyone,

Here is excatly what I did according to a Youtube guide to build a little micro niche websites:

1. I did a keyword research and found long tail keywords with less than 50,000 result on Google with quotes. One example is: "How to study math"
2. I opend a blog on blogger with the keyword in the name of the site
3. I translated an article from my natie language to English and posted it to the blog
4. I located ads to related Clickbank products in the top of the site
5. I opend Socialadr account and made 20 backlinks to the article

I opend 10 websites like this
I waited more than a month and no results
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

I think a better question you should ask yourself is, "why would google consider ranking these sites?".

Perhaps you should attempt to get backlinks from .edu sites (I would think your authority/competitors for those keywords are educational in nature).

Although I think your problems are far more relevant to core SEO basics.

.edu backlinks is good to any site? or only for educational sites?

        Doesn't matter because a TLD isn't ranking a page.

Disregard that. I'm pretty sure he doesn't have any method to get good "followed" backlinks from any well-maintained and authoritative .edu sites. Why would they link to your posts?

Unfortunately you've followed a guide that left the hardest part out. It's a common misconception that "web 2.0" by itself somehow helps you to rank. This comes up in every other backlink thread, so you could've avoided the problem by just reading a bit.

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

        What's your excuse?

I think you are right in that the OP obviously isn't building something that an authoritative site would link to. But a legitimate, well run niche site getting recognized isn't out of the question.

Your not doing anything worthwhile to rank the pages so you're not getting any SERP traffic.

You started off with false dreams.
    1. Traffic doesn't use double qoutes when searching Google SERPs.
    2. The only competition you have is the exact SERP position you're trying to rank (position #1). Nobody is trying to rank at position #97 so those pages are useless for gauging competition.

EMD (Exact Match Domain) sub-domain with zero authority isn't SEO.

You copied an article where the original page probably has authority for years. Considering Google is smart enough to translate pages I have no doubts they're smart enough to figure out you scraped another domain/page.

Obvious affiliate links on scraped content pages.

Social isn't SEO backlinks, they're nofollow links which isn't going to rank pages. Build followed links on authority pages.

You can't expect a page to rank for a KW with ~50,000 searches by posting one blog post.
