Hi there guys....

Just one question please....

If I have a several line "duplicated" post in my 5 page website, then the only problem will be that I won't rank for that post??? Or Google will do something against my website too?

Thank you.

If you continuously doing the same thing google may penalize you. But in case it wont do any thing, but if owner claims that this copied content you need to remove it immediately.
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks

There is no Google penalty for duplicated content - rather there is just a filter for duplication. So you just won't rank with duplicated content! Other than that, it should be OK.

Duplicating several "lines" of your own content is certainly nothing to worry about!

As long as it is your own content you should be fine in terms of SEO, however, repeating the same phrase too much in a single page/post can be tiring for the reader and then the visitors may not stay for too long on the site. Keep that in mind also.

Yea like some have mentioned already as long as it is just a few lines of your own text you will be good.

As long as the duplicated content is a few lines of your own, you should be fine.

There is no problem with that, but Google will not rank for the Duplicate content. Its better to have good content without any duplication.

Why don't you just rephrase those lines and make sure you're safe? Not only that, but no reader will be glad to read the same line over and over again.

At worst case duplicating one or two line is acceptable but making it with 5 web pages is just not a good practice from SEO point of view. Literally that is going to speak on the reputation of the entire website in the web world.
