I have updated my Meta title last 3 months ago, but for the past few days, my title got changed automatically, i.e. it is not showing the right Meta title which I have given previously. So my SEO results are also getting changed due to this reason. I'm little bit confused about this issue. So how can I get my previous title in my Google SERP? Actually how this Meta title gets changed? And will this problem can be solved? Please help me friends..

    Your current one is: <meta name="title" content="home" />
You also have this in the head: <title>Welcome to BMH | Best Multispeciality Hospital in Calicut (Kozhikode) Kerala India</title>

Some bad coding going on there.
The second one is spammy, so Google is probably going to change it anyway.

If you're really talking about "meta title", Google doesn't use that. But perhaps you're talking about the title tag?

Here's Google's support article that usually answers this question. TL;DR You did something Google doesn't appreciate, or they changed the titles just because they're Google.

Not absolutely certain about this, but these changes should not affect your rankings.
    Signature
Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?

But this website is done with Joomla 1.1.And also I have changed
      <meta name="title" content="home " /> to

<meta name="title" content="Welcome to BMH | Best Multispeciality Hospital in Calicut (Kozhikode) Kerala India" />

And also the title tag is same as following

<title>Welcome to BMH | Best Multispeciality Hospital in Calicut (Kozhikode) Kerala India</title>

So will this change my issue?

Theoretically, the meta title and the meta description tags in your header should appear as the text within the search result, but Google often ignores these elements to present its own choice of content – and what it displays can vary every time the page is shown in search results because each result is tailored to the assumed intent of the searcher.

You probably meant to say meta description or title tags? Anyway, Google pretty much does what it thinks is best. So, if their algorithms "think" they know better, then they will display what they see fit. Don't worry, this won't affect your website in a negative way.
