    A good site should have fairly steady day to day traffic..Ideally, that should be growing steadily each month. A nice yearly Google Analytics chart should show steady upward growth if you ask me. If your site is doing 50 uniques 1 day and 20-25 the next then something is wrong.. Obviously the amount of daily traffic will vary from website to website...

    It is very normal for traffic to bounce a bit... If your traffic looks like the stock market, with a general upswing, that a good healthy sign of a growing site... sharp swings should be taken with a grain of salt, or concern, or jubilation, just like stocks it can mean many things.
