how to save a domain been mark by google?

i used to have a domain but it been " mark " by google now ranking sucks.

Is there any ways or possible rank back in the shortest fastest ways?

    What did you do to screw up the domain? What you need to do to possibly fix it will depend on what you screwed up in the first place.

    It's probably going to be a rough process. First thing is I'd add it into Google Webmaster Tools and see if you can get any further details as to where the penalty is coming from.. Use a site like Ahrefs to try and go through the backlinks it has - then use the disavow tool to remove them from Google. Next, remove any duplicate content on the website. If there is allot of it you might be better taking it all down and starting from scratch.
