Goarticles is the don of backlinks? How?

I entered into internet marketing / affiliate marketing 4 months back and since then I've been seeing that goarticles.com is the best for backlinking when you're into bum marketing.

OK! Here's my question..

As everyone suggested goarticles.com I tried it. I put up an article there and then waited for almost 7 - 10 days but I don't see a hint of it being indexed in the SEs.

Has anyone else experienced it? Does goarticles still work?

One of my articles at GoA hasn't ever been indexed (after a month I put it there)

So you need to do some backlinking to that article first, so that it gets indexed. It might get indexed by itself as well, but to make sure you have to backlink.

Which means if I want to backlink to my page using goarticles then I should backlink to goarticles first? Does everyone do the same way?

      gskesavan,

For fast indexing, as soon as your article goes live you want to ping it with Pingler.

From there you want to bookmark the snot out of it. If you have a tool like bookmarking Demon, that's best...but other tools like OnlyWire are used by some as well. With Bookmarking Demon though you can actually Ping the Bookmarks themselves so they are found fast by the Search Engines as well!

If you do both of these things it's hard NOT to have any URL you are pushing be indexed within 48 hrs.

I use pingomatic. Is pingler better? Anyways, can you teach me the bookmarking part? I have been hating bookmarking from the beginning when I first tried to make money with adsense. I have onlywire account but I am totally confused. I know about social bookmarking but most of the sites like digg, propeller don't accept my articles that are on article directories.

Goarticles takes a while ... backlink like crazy and don't get caught up in looking for ranking every hour (a habit I found hard to break when I was first starting out).

Hey Mate, Just a quick question...

What do you mean by getting an article indexed and how do you create a backlink? For the latter, does it simply mean putting your website on the article to create a backlink.

Would appreciate it if you could shed some light on this.

      Cheers,
      Chirag

I have a lot of success getting indexed backlinks from Goarticles, but more importantly, the backlinks from people who republish articles on there.

        Keep trying!

        Hi Chirag,

By getting an article indexed I mean its appearance on search engines. If a page is indexed on Google it will appear on search results.

By backlinking, I mean having links (on other sites) that point to your article on GoArticles. Because search engines mostly work by following links, when you add a number of backlinks for a certain page, it gets indexed faster in Google.

Try clipmarks.com also. It won't get your article ranked right away, but it will get Google sniffing quicker than usual.

I usually don't worry about getting indexed that much because Wordpress automatically sends out a ping when I update...

I always used pingomatic to ping my pages that weren't WP related and that always seemed to work out well also...

One other thing is you might want to push out your pages to RSS feeds. I find that works well for me...

But not to get off the subject...I always use Ezine Articles to help promote anything of major importance as it always gets indexed quickly...

Another one you might want to check out is Uber Articles...

Oki! Let me first try onlywire again and also clipmarks. I've changed to pingler from today but backlinking seems to be a tough process, maybe because I've hardly done it.

Do you place a link to the article from your website?
I just include my website in the bio for goarticles.

Generally, no. But occasionally I do tweet the link to the article, or digg it. And that helps get it spidered quicker.

        I don't, too. I stand away from two-way backlinks.

remember too.. just because it doesn't get indexed quickly doesn't really show the value it will have once it's indexed

If you have a URL, you could do all the SEO with it. You could Bookmark it, Ping it pretty much anything you would do with a main site URL.

This way you would not only get indexed but you will get traffic too...

If you submit an ORGINAL and a UNIQUE article, coupled with the CORRECT backlink in your resource box, you WILL get indexed. One advice, NEVER use automated mass article submission with GoArticles.
