None of them. Set-up your own, original Web 2.0 blog/site and add your own quality content to it, drop your link, then build a few links to the site you have created.

Forget generic article sites like those, they are a waste of your time.

Seriously, those are a huge waste of time and will lead to nothing more than a penalty. That's not the way to get links.

They are not worth the effort.
Build your own Tier 1 links and pump the articles in, pick a few of them which are quality and drop a anchor link to your main sites.

That works better than wasting time in these articles submission site, you are only helping them to get money
