What does full of link juice mean?

In terms of PR passing there isn't a difference between a text link and a 301 redirect: they both have a dampening factor of around 15%, so either way the links/301 costs 15% of the PR.

Other than with a link the PR is shared between the text link and any other links off the page. If there's 9 links off the page now and you add one more, it gain 10% of the PR.

A 301 redirect will pass all the PR to the one page, this would be the equivalent of having a web page with a single link from it to your money site.

So if you want to do it via links and want max link juice passing to your money site it's remove all other offsite links (it's OK to keep internal links) and only have links to your money site. With a small site this should be OK, would be a bit iffy with a huge site adding just one link from each indexed page.

The link version has the added benefit of direct traffic as well, if it's a good site could generate some direct traffic (make money from AdSense for example), with a 301 redirect you loose direct traffic.

I'd keep it up and just go the text link route. You might still be able to make extra money off it from the ad revenue, and you would still have something on there should you want (or need) to sell it later on. The content is already there so might as well keep it - Just make sure it's hosted on a different C-Class IP.
