The Right SEO Bundle ?

Hi, I'm new on here and joined for a few reasons. One of them was to get the best SEO Marketing advise.
After creating a few sites and reading different articles I'm now ready to start investing in the software. In order to invest wisely, I want to make the right purchases that will sustain my needs for years to come. What I mean by that is I'm willing to invest in life-time purchases of certain software that I believe will be around for years and I know will continue to evolve as time passes. But also because I can never use PayPal and have a one time chance in doing so now....don't ask!
So I've come up with a wish list of the software package that will give me a complete SEO Marketing advantage I believe and wanted to get your input on the overall bundle to see if I missed something or overlooked the obvious. 4)GSA Captch Breaker

I've already purchased and been using Market Samaria for my keywords so I could create the websites with some intelligence. Now I need to create my 3 tiers. I'm also wondering if GSA SER can create tier 1 material at this time. I believe SEnuke XCr can, but I can't afford the monthly service charge.
Does anyone think I'm missing something within this bundle? And will this SEO package supply all of my article content and backlinks I'll ever want?
