Explain Passing SEO from Domain Thats 301 Redirected to Affiliate Site

Greetings All,

I am getting mixed answers and I still don;t know who is right, so I am posting here

I have 4 keyword rich domains that are over a year old, have names like cell-phone-monitoring.com ( not actual) and I have managed thru link building to rank all sites on Google Page 1 bottom and You Tube #7 spot with 3-5 GOOD keyword long-ail phrases that are similar to each domain. Traffic might be 2000 hits a day with all 4 domains

On each site (HTML), I had someone upload site templates from the affiliate program I joined a year ago. Now, the vendor tells me that they are doing away with THEIR templates that can used and uploaded, and that i must create my own( which I cannot do, nor do I want to) so they recommended a 301 redirect

Before I do this 301, I want to make sure I don't lose all my hard work of ranking these sites. Here's where the problem comes in

Answer One: says that Google passes Link juice to the next site , but if the affiliate site does not want these links, can't they block them?, and I believe they are doing this, as the description under my site domain on Google search now says " No description available, site blocked by Robots". Before it would say basically what the vendors sites said

Answer Two: I'm being told to redirect all domains if I do NOT want to spend time and $$$ setting up all new sites, however, I can still do link building and off page SEO to make the sites stay in the same area of Google search. I was also told that since MOST of my domains got to where they were MOSTLY from video embeds and videos pointing to the sites, that If the videos get better rankings, then the domains will only get better, and still send traffic, so I can continue to back link and promote videos

I would like to keep the traffic numbers coming in on any or all sites, mainly do to the fact that if the vendors folds up, I can always use the domain for SIMILAR affiliate product, and use the same ranking keyword phrases

Can someone straighten me out on these points? True or false on these points? Thanks and sorry for long post, but I had to make sure everyone understands what I am trying to accomplish

Be well,

Svetlana
