You can submit your website manually in google webmaster tools,
just send url of your article to google webmaster tools.

Have you submitted your website in the Google webmasters? Have you created and submitted the sitemap in the Google webmasters section? If not, you should do them to increase the crawl frequency.

Since its new website its don't having back links or any popularity in internet. This is the reason your website not indexed in search engines. Ad your website to search engine web masters and then do some social bookmarking and directory submission on a high PR website. This will help you.

It could be a site structure issue. Do you have any internal linking going to these posts? Do you have your sitemap setup to crawl your posts after x number of days/priority?

Why does it matter to you? It's irrelevant to your rankings, and week isn't really a long time when it comes changes in SERPs.

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?

Whether your site will be submitted or not in Google webmaster tool it will be index. Try to submit your new pages in different platforms like article submission sites and social bookmarking sites that are reputable and not low quality sites.

Since it's a new website and don't have quality backlinks or any popularity over Internet, this could be a reason of your website not indexing so frequently in search engines. Add your website to webmaster tool and then do some social bookmarking and directory submission on a high PR website. Also add High PR and relevant backlinks by commenting, article submission, and guest posting. You also need to update your site with fresh and relevant content. This will help you.

If you have to index your website manually then something is wrong! If the site is well optimized it should get indexed on its own.

There might be structural issues in your website . Use the Flexi Pages Widget to organize your pages. Then submit your pages to Google Webmaster Tools and Bing Webmaster manually and submit via other pinging sites. And then wait for a few days and check.
