I heard that for Off Page Optimization we should always ignore the software or tools because they are spam.

But what about On Page Optimization? I got a website called "Solid SEO Tools" they are providing many Free SEO Tools for On page Optimization. But i want to know is this good to use or bad?

    On-Page SEO isn't too complex.

You want to use your keyword (and variations of the keyword) in the following places of your blog post:

    - the title of your blog post (aka the H1 tag)
    - the permalink (aka the URL of your blog post)
    - subheadings (H2, H3, H4, H5, & H6 tags)
    - the meta description
    - keyword density (sprinkle your keyword throughout your article)
    - the title and alternative text of your images
    - using keyword decorations (bolding, italicizing, and underlining your keyword)
    - adding a featured imaged with the keyword saved as .jpeg or .png.

Download this free plugin called WordPress SEO by Yoast.
You will be able to get your on-page SEO right pretty much 100% of the time.

Off-Page SEO is about building backlinks.
A backlinks is when another website links back to your site.

Think of it as a popularity contest. The more websites that link back to you, the more popular you become. Thus, Google will rank you higher because you get a lot of popularity votes.

Now thats an extremely simplified explanation..
Not all backlinks are created equal.

Some count as very strong votes, and others can be very low quality and count for nothing (and in some cases can be dangerous and actually get your site penalized).

But I wanted to give you a quick crash lesson on SEO.

    Hope that helps.

P.S. my favorite SEO tool is long tail pro.
