Need suggestion for a blog title and blog description

I have a blog on homemade products and food recipe but am finding it a bit hard to get a good optimizes title and description for my blog that will be search engine friendly any suggestion will be greatly appreciated thanks

    You should take a long tail title tag with 60 to 70 characters and at least one keyword. And description should be 160 characters related to your product.

    Make an eye catching title with good description that provides brief information of your blog. I think your blog related to food recipe so you must prepare description according to that....!

    You should create meta title by using keyword and of 65-70 characters and description related to your product.

    It's true that title and meta description will boost your search ranking. But, if your entire site content is not relevant of your meta description and title, then Google will push you back in search ranking. So, keep your title and description relevant to your site content. Don't think too much about SEO!

    Description between 140 to 155 characters.

    And also make sure that your other content on your website is relevant to whatever your title and description is for maximum SEO results.
