There are about 3 pages that are new on the site. To be honest they were added months ago.

Example URL format:

http://domain.com/solutions/kw-keyword-phrase

But they were not indexed.

Could someone tell me what the possible reason could be.

More info:
- The site has about 170 pages which are indexed and ranking well
- It has about 200k unique visitors per month in traffic - Through paid and organic search
- It is 4 years old

They are not indexed, or are not showing up in the first 1000 pages of Google search?

If there are already millions of other pages covering the same topic, they could be in the secondary index and not showing up in Google's main search results.

Do those specific pages have many backlinks? Any from an authority source?

How did you check that they were not indexed? Also, did you check if they're in the supplemental index?

Any messages in Google Webmaster Tools for the site?

If you've over-optimized your keyword density or thrown a ton of links at those pages (sounds like you didn't need to) then perhaps they were deindexed? Seems unlikely though.

Have the pages been indexed by Bing?

First make sure there is unique content on those pages for Google to index. If Google can identify the pages as duplicate, by canonical tag or otherwise, they will pick their preferred version to index.

In Google webmaster, I only get the total number of pages that are submitted and the total number of pages that are indexed.

From the sitemap.txt file, I can get the list of pages that are submitted.

How do I get the list of pages that re indexed?

A site search won't work in my case since there are several sub-domains that also show up in site search.

Is there any Index Err or Warning message on Google Webmaster? If, yes. Then what message? Check your XML SITEMAP. Resubmit it!

As stated above you might have other pages with similar keywords that Google deem more important. This is why every page should be optimized uniquely with regards to the other pages.

Some questions need to be answered to solve this
    1. How did you know they are not indexed? have you tried to search in google site:http://domain.com/ ?
    2. Do you have an updated sitemap? Is it linked to google webmaster tools?
    3. What happens if you use the "fetch as google" in webmaster tools?
    4. Have you checked your robots.txt in case they have a wrong rule?
    5. Is there any redirection in your .htaccess?
    6. Have you checked if the pages are marked as canonicals?

I think answer those questions will solve your mistery

The loading time of the page is too slow you need to work on that.
Another major issue in this page is initially it shows an 404 error message and after few seconds the page started to display.
    So solve this problem.
