Hey guys, if you can please answer this question for me.

Do you submit your page url to Google's URL submission each time your create a new post?

Or do you just submit the main home page url once only?

Don't submit anything at all. Just create some social bookmarks and social signals, and Google will find and index your newly created pages pretty fast

Just send the XML sitemap to Google. No need for social bookmarks or "signals" which are otherwise completely irrelevant.

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?

I prefer using a XML sitemap for the new webpage updates. The new pages created gets automatically listed in Webmaster tool.

I agree Google will find your site on its own. However creating a few high quality back links will definitely get you indexed faster.
