Is there any reliable tools which can give exact daily visitors of website(Except Google Analytics)

  I'm not quite sure what you're trying to avoid, but most cPanel and other generic hosting packages have some server side tools such as Awstats. They're nowhere near as good as proper website stats tools, but are based on server logs and give fairly accurate stats.

Try google analytics.

It will give you very detailed analysis of visitor traffic, sources, keywords usefulness and much more... absolutely free. I use it all the time!

Why are you scared of Google's tracking code? Seriously, even if you're spamming....they give you plenty of valuable info and quite frankly, that tracking code doesn't give them any (or much at least) extra information they don't get from other sources as of yet-

  It's very well documented, and not actually very hard when it comes to visitor tracking tools. Analytics may gather "complex data", but it hides most of that and gives a sort of executive summary (unless you're a paying customer, and nobody here is).

AWStats goes deeper into the referring sites information than most analytics packages, and is a perfect tool for monitoring whether someone is hotlinking files from your site.

Have you ever checked if your CMS panel provide you such feature? Now most of them are coming that tracks your daily visitor check. Or if you are using some chat feature like zopim they too let you know the stats clearly.

  Where do you get these crazy limitations on what can you do on your site? Doesn't make much sense.
  
  If you can't even insert a tracking code you may have to resort to server log based solutions that were already suggested above. Even the most barebones cPanel account comes with Awstats and Webalizer.

Here i already saw lots of answers and question. I also want to recommend to you that you should use Google analytic if you are working for client projects or side because mostly people don't have trust on other tool. If your doing for self then you can use clicky.com.

The reason of behind it, this is very fast tool and it is also easy to use.

I think the most reliable tool for this might be SEMrush - service for competitors research, shows organic and Ads keywords for any site or domain

Alexa is pretty much inaccurate and other estimators are just crazy.

You do not want to see your website to Google. ok no problem do not take service from Google. I mean do not put the code of Google in your website.
